Carlie Seigal is an Associate with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP.
Ms. Seigal’s practice focuses on the defense of asbestos, toxic tort, and product liability actions. She has experience in all phases of litigation and trial preparation, including deposing fact witnesses, drafting written discovery, dispositive and pre-trial motions, and settlement negotiations.
While in law school, Ms. Seigal worked as a law clerk at a large Boston law firm, where she gained significant experience in the areas of general liability and insurance defense litigation. Ms. Seigal also worked as a law clerk at a boutique litigation firm specializing in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.
Ms. Seigal received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School (cum laude, 2015), where she served as Executive Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy, and staff member of the Moot Court Honor Board. Ms. Seigal received her Bachelor of Arts from Union College, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society.
