Attorneys Jason Crotty, Mathew Hamel and Justin Amos leverage forty years of combined legal experience to deliver fair, thorough, discreet and cost-effective investigations tailored to each client’s unique needs. Typically operating as a collaborative team, each attorney brings a distinct skill set to every assignment: Attorney Hamel offers a hands-on law enforcement background; Attorney Amos contributes top tier legal research and analytical depth, having clerked for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court; and Attorney Crotty is veteran trial attorney with decades of experience examining witnesses under oath in both depositions and trials. They have collectively litigated hundreds of MCAD and EEOC matters and have completed the MCAD's certified training in conducting internal discrimination complaint investigations. Together they evaluate key factual and legal issues, execute strategic investigative plans, conduct witness interviews and background research, and deliver clear, actionable written reports.
