Cole S. Fahrenkopf

Cole Fahrenkopf is an Associate with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP. His practice primarily focuses on litigation, trial, and appellate advocacy in defense of cities, towns, school districts, public officials, and other public employers in Massachusetts State and Federal Courts.

Cole represents public entities and officials in a broad range of civil litigation, including claims brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging violations of constitutional rights, including those protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments, as well as claims involving employment discrimination, retaliation, defamation, negligence, and other matters arising from the performance of public duties. He also represents public employers before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Cole has experience handling appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
