Noelle Phelan is an Associate with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP.
Ms. Phelan’s practice primarily focuses on the defense of asbestos, toxic tort, and product liability actions.
Prior to joining Pierce Davis & Perritano as an associate, Ms. Phelan worked as a paralegal at the firm for five years.
Ms. Phelan received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2018, where she served as a member and editor of the Journal of High Technology Law. Ms. Phelan also participated in the inaugural year of the Suffolk Innocence Clinic. Ms. Phelan received a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2015 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she was a member of the Commonwealth Honors College.
