PIERCE DAVIS & PERRITANO CELEBRATES 25TH ANNIVERSARY

As Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP celebrates its silver anniversary, the Firm proudly reflects on 25 years of advocacy and service on behalf of our clients and the community and looks forward to building upon our legacy of providing efficient, creative and tailored representation to each and every client.

Founded in Boston in 1998 as Pierce, Davis, Fahey & Perritano LLP by four accomplished Boston attorneys – Joel Pierce, John Davis, Elizabeth Fahey, and Judith Perritano – the Firm became known by its present name after Ms. Fahey was appointed as an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, where she served honorably until her retirement in 2020.  Building upon its founding members’ extensive experience in litigating cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts, the Firm has expanded to have offices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and California and advises and represents clients at every stage of litigation in the areas of complex product liability, municipal liability, toxic torts, employment law and other specialty liability practice areas.  Today, the Firm is a majority women-owned law firm with attorneys admitted to practice in all New England states, California, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland and New York.  Our attorneys are routinely invited to speak at local and national conferences, seminars and webcasts, and have consistently been chosen by their peers for inclusion among annual lists of top lawyers in Boston, Massachusetts and the nation.

While working tirelessly on behalf of our clients, the Firm has remained committed to giving back to the community.  In addition to supporting and encouraging its employees’ individual involvement in mentorship and pro bono programs, the Firm has participated in numerous charitable events over the past two and a half decades, including the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families’ Wonderfund Holiday Gift Drive, The Greater Boston Food Bank’s Legal Food Frenzy, the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Lawyers Have Heart 5K Walk, and AIDS Walk Boston.

As we embark on our next 25 years, the Firm wishes to express both our gratitude to the clients, counsel and community partners with whom we’ve had the privilege of working for many years and our continued dedication to fostering those long-standing relationships.
