Corey J. Lavallee is an Associate with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP.
His practice focuses on the defense of asbestos, toxic tort, and product liability actions. Mr. Lavallee assists with all phases of litigation, from deposition attendance to the preparation of dispositive motions and settlement negotiations. In addition, he also assists in the nationwide defense of an equipment manufacturer in asbestos litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Lavallee worked as a legal intern where he gained experience in legal research, drafting documents and preparing attorney-client correspondence. He also completed an internship at the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office where he assisted with discovery motions and observed arraignments, pre-trial conferences, motion hearings, and trials in District and Superior Court. In addition, Mr. Lavallee has worked as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. where he attended legislative hearings, composed political policy memoranda, and conducted research for his Congressman.
Mr. Lavallee received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School (cum laude, 2016) and his Bachelor of Arts from Stonehill College (cum laude, 2013).
