Bettina Pancho is an Associate with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP.
Ms. Pancho’s practice focuses on the defense of toxic tort and product liability actions. Her experience encompasses various phases of litigation and trial preparation, including discovery and motion practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pancho was a compliance advisor at a multinational data analytics and risk assessment firm. She also worked at Greater Boston Legal Services, where she handled matters involving state and federal anti-discrimination laws.
While in law school, Ms. Pancho worked at a civil litigation firm where she prepared clients for depositions, drafted written discovery and pre-trial motions. Subsequently, Ms. Pancho joined a business litigation firm, where she honed her motion practice skills on cases involving commercial disputes, such as breach of contract and trademark infringement claims. Ms. Pancho also handled transactional matters, including contract drafting and review.
Additionally, Ms. Pancho served as the Executive Online Editor of the New England Law Review. She was also active in Phi Alpha Delta and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, where she served as Co-President of the latter before receiving her Juris Doctor in 2021.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Pancho’s work experience includes operations and product development with both early-stage and venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley. Ms. Pancho also worked in film and television production, working with independent and major studios throughout California. Ms. Pancho received her undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco, where she majored in Media Studies with a minor in Film.
Ms. Pancho is committed to civic engagement – she is a member of the Junior League of Boston, where she serves on both the Major Donor Committee and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
