JOHN J. CLOHERTY III is a partner of Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP in Boston. His John J. Cloherty III - litigation and trial attorneypractice includes civil rights, elevator liability, employment law, insurance coverage, product liability, workplace investigations, and governmental, municipal, and school liability.
