Mark J. Hoover is Of Counsel to Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP.
His practice focuses on the defense of asbestos, toxic tort, and product liability actions.
With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Hoover has defended hundreds of cases and served as local, regional and national counsel. He works closely with in-house counsel and local counsel across the country and Europe in defending asbestos, toxic tort and product liability claims. Mr. Hoover is experienced in all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial preparation and arguing before state and federal courts. He has tried cases in numerous jurisdictions, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, New York, Georgia and Florida.
Mr. Hoover has presented continuing legal education programs at the American Bar Association (ABA) on emerging issues in motor vehicle product liability and has attended the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Trial Academy.

Mr. Hoover is a member of the James D. St. Clair Court Education program where he serves as a docent at the U.S. Federal Court in Massachusetts, providing educational tours and lectures for local school children.
