Andrew S. Russell

Andrew S. Russell is a Partner at Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP.

In his practice, Mr. Russell represents clients in all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial preparation, and appearances at court hearings. His experience includes the nationwide defense of equipment manufacturers in product liability actions, defending health care providers, advising small businesses, and representing municipalities and law enforcement personnel in personal injury, wrongful deaths, civil rights, and class actions.

Mr. Russell works closely with in-house counsel and national coordinating counsel in a wide variety of toxic tort civil actions. He is responsible for day-to-day case management, written discovery, fact and expert witness depositions, and motion practice. Additionally, Mr. Russell assists national and local counsel with trials pending in state and federal courts. While in law school, Mr. Russell was a member of the Pepperdine University’s Interschool Appellate Advocacy Team and completed a fellowship with the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. Prior to joining Pierce Davis & Perritano, Mr. Russell was an attorney in a Southern California law firm, where he managed numerous toxic tort, product liability, commercial, professional negligence, and civil litigation cases in the State of California and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
