Founded in 1998 as the law firm of Pierce, Davis, Fahey & Perritano, LLP, we changed our name when one of our founding partners, Elizabeth M. Fahey, was appointed Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, on September 9, 1999. Among our partners, we have more than 90 years of litigation and trial experience to serve our clients' needs.
