Jill Murray is an associate with Pierce, Davis & Perritano, LLP. Her practice is focused on litigation and trial advocacy in defense of governmental entities, agencies, and public employees in the Massachusetts state, and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Pierce, Davis & Perritano, Ms. Murray served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of Boston/Boston Public Schools for several years. In this role, she represented the public school department in the areas of education, employment, and general litigation matters, in the state and federal courts, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Bureau of Special Education Appeals.  Ms. Murray also served in an internal advisory role to school principals and other departmental administrators in various legal matters in a public school environment. Prior to joining the City, Ms. Murray served as law clerk to the Massachusetts Superior Court Justices in courts throughout the Commonwealth.
