Zachary Weisberg is an associate with Pierce, Davis & Perritano, LLP. Mr. Weisberg’s practice focuses primarily on the defense of asbestos, toxic tort, and product liability actions. 

Mr. Weisberg worked as an associate for a firm outside Boston specializing in general civil litigation prior to joining Pierce, Davis & Perritano LLP.  At this firm, he researched and drafted various civil pleadings and assisted in trial proceedings.

While in law school, Mr. Weisberg participated in the Tulane Civil Litigation Clinic as a licensed attorney in the state of Louisiana. Here, he represented the interests of a diverse client base and received extensive trial experience. This included questioning a hostile witness in a civil rights lawsuit against the New Orleans Police Department in federal court. Mr. Weisberg also interned for the Rhode Island Department of the Attorney General for two summers during law school. He spent his first summer with the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit and second as a licensed student attorney in Superior Court.
