Charles K. Mone is Of Counsel to Pierce, Davis & Perritano, LLP. For the last 25 years in private practice, he has focused on defending companies in products liability litigation including significant involvement in asbestos litigation and environmental litigation.

Before entering private practice Mr. Mone was employed by the Department of Justice in the Civil Division of the Massachusetts United States Attorneys’ office where he represented various federal agencies involved in a broad variety of federal litigation.  He has been fortunate enough to have been involved in a few intriguing appellate cases and those cases are listed below.
