Robert G. Weller is an associate with Pierce, Davis & Perritano, LLP. Mr. Weller is a member of the firm’s asbestos litigation practice group and focuses on the representation of clients in matters throughout the country.
Prior to joining Pierce, Davis & Perritano, LLP, Mr. Weller was an associate at a Boston firm specializing in commercial and civil litigation where he served the legal interests of a diverse client base. During law school, Mr. Weller secured full time employment as a law clerk at three additional Boston law firms, as well as the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents. As a law clerk, Mr. Weller gained extensive experience in plaintiffs’ tort claims, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and criminal law. His work in both plaintiff and defense civil litigation gives him a unique perspective in analyzing cases and a comprehensive understanding of tort law.
