Beth Oldmixon is an associate with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP, focusing her practice primarily on the defense of toxic tort and product liability actions.

Prior to joining Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP, Ms. Oldmixon worked for a litigation firm in Providence, Rhode Island specializing in the defense of products liability actions, and large self-insured corporations.  There, she assisted in preparing several products liability matters for trial and served as second chair in a wrongful death trial where the jury returned a defendant’s verdict.

During law school Ms. Oldmixon worked as a legal intern for the Public Health Advocacy Institute and Professor Gerard Quinn at the National University of Ireland, Galway.  She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joyce London Alexander, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Prior to entering the legal profession Ms. Oldmixon worked as a research assistant at a Boston biotechnology company focusing on advancements in organ transplantation.  She has several articles published in leading research journals as a result of this work.
